Deliver Induction training- department operations, rules & regulations of employment and safety practices
Responsible for PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity and CLRA compliances of contractors & Company.
ESIC – New member addition, Training on benefits ESIC, Handling ESIC claims of employees.
Conduct training for LWF Benefits schemes for employees.
Prepare daily attendance and control over absenteeism.

Responsible for CLRA compliances and RC renewals, Contractor’s license renewal work.
Issue Employees Work experience letters & Salary certificates as and when required
Single point of contact for all Contract employees related work and issues.
Conduct monthly compliance audits of contractors.
Requirements:
