  2. Take note of customers complaints. Fulfill marketing staff’s administrative needs such as:
    • Information on retaining credit money.
    • Collect orders and process it effectively.
    • Guidelines regarding dispatch of the product.
  3. Implement freight cost control measures:
    • Gather knowledge of the logistics market in different sectors
    • Extensive research to identify a reasonable freight cost

  • Should have sound knowledge on commodity market will be preferred
  • Identifying and establishing procurement channels with vendors and agents

  • Required to travel extensively for procurement needs

  6. Generate reports of the plant inspections that have been carried out.
